We want you to love your Pusheen Shop purchases, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items like plushies, blind boxes, and final sale products are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they stay safe and cute during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
